Omsk City investment projects support can be delivered in several ways:

• municipal assurance (in accordance with municipal laws);
• investment counseling;
• personal support for investors;
• assistance in receiving of a loan;
• assistance in organizing panel meetings and expert sessions regarding investment;
• providing property in need of heavy repair owned by Omsk City;
• providing generous terms of land usage (where land is owned by Omsk City);
• budget granting;
• providing municipal property as a part of registered capital.

Municipal Agency Business Support Center is entitled to administrate investment projects.

Investment Assistance Order

Investment project can be supported only if it is listed on Omsk City Investment Project Register. 

To lower the barriers during interacting between local authorities and the investors in Omsk, there was an investment assistance order developed using one stop principle: it fixes time limits and the scheme of such interaction.
