City Center Integrated Development

Omskagregat, JSC
General director: Alexander Kozlov, phone: +7 381-2 77-06-80.

Project mission is the integrated development of a city center: former industrial area will become business and recreational district.

City Center Integrated Development, Omsk

To supply energy for project facilities, a new utility infrastructure is required—especially an independent boiler house achieving superior energy efficiency and reliability as well as ecological security.

Investment volume required: 346 million US dollars, which includes:

  • 35 million US dollars using internal funds;
  • 311 million US dollars using investments.

Integrated Natural Gas Supply Equipment

Research and Technology Center of Cryotechniques, LLC
Low-temperature engineering vice director: Leonid Popov, phone: +7 381-2 26-46-12.

Project is aimed at developing and production of modern equipment for the purpose of natural gas supply for industrial and social facilities and living blocks. This equipment allows to store, transport and fill up liquefied and compressed gas.

Investment volume required: 346 million rubles.

Amphibious Hovercrafts Batch Production

Progress-Trans, LLC
Director General: Ivan Basha, phone: +7 923 672-34-95.

Field and recreational amphibious small size hovercraft is designed to travel all year round over water and also over floe-ice, swamp and cold desert.

Amphibious Hovercraft

All-terrain amphibious vehicle is good for oil and gas extraction units on-site research as well as for controlling major pipelines, long-distance drill units, pump stations, power supply lines and various standalone facilities.

Project principal sum (excluding design and estimate documentation cost) is 131.5 million rubles.

Superconductor Technology

Engineering Solutions, LLC
Director: Denis Fedosov, phone: +7 381-2 49-90-98 and +7 904 588-15-53.

Project is a start-up of hardware components production: high-current and low-current superconducting materials, devices and sensors.

High-current and low-current superconducting materials

Main project tasks are the manufacturing and profit taking of the following:

  • superconducting ceramics and powders based on YBa2Cu3O7−x (YBCO);
  • superconducting target cells and magnetic screens;
  • superconducting ultrathin, thin and heavy YBCO films;
  • superconducting films and film structures including external electronics connection pads;
  • thin-film superconducting sensors.

Investment volume required: 272 thousand US dollars, which includes:

  • 42 thousand US dollars using internal funds;
  • 230 thousand US dollars using investments.

Saliva Cancer Screening

Test-Lab, LLC
Director: Lyudmila Belskaya, phone: +7 951 418-31-49.

Developing diagnostic technique allows early cancer detection and focalization by means of population screening. This non-invasive technique is based on integrated biochemical analysis of neoplastic process low-grade metabolites found in saliva.

Saliva Cancer Screening

Practically speaking, any normally equipped clinical diagnostic laboratory can apply this technique. Multiple types of cancer can be detected in the same screening. One check production cost is 10 US dollars.

Investment volume required: 2.1 million US dollars, which includes:

  • 200 thousand US dollars using internal funds;
  • 1.9 million US dollars using investments.

Plastic Articulating Spacers (Joint Implants)

UniverTM, LLC
Director: Igor Zinkin, phone: +7 381-2 22-20-39.

Project goal is to start batch production of plastic articulating spacers for various types of joints. Orthopedists use such spacers instead of metal implants in case of inflammation.

Plastic Articulating Spacers (Joint Implants)

UniverTM company creates preproduction models together with Omsk State University named after Fyodor Dostoevsky and Omsk State University of Health Sciences (the latter reports to the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia).

Novelty of an invention is that plastic articulating spacers being developed feature new design peculiarities: various materials can be used for intraoperative production of spacers with desired size, improved bone-holding reliability, regular shape (with no cells in parts) and permanent operational structural performance.

Project activities fully comply with Health national project.

Investment volume required: 180 thousand US dollars, which includes:

  • 80 thousand US dollars using internal funds;
  • 100 thousand US dollars using investments.
