Omsk City investment projects support can be delivered in several ways:
- investment counseling;
- personal support for investors;
- assistance in organizing panel meetings and expert sessions regarding investment;
- providing property in need of heavy repair owned by Omsk City;
- providing generous terms of land usage (where land is owned by Omsk City);
- budget granting.
Municipal Agency Business Support Center is entitled to administrate investment projects.

Investment Assistance Order
Investment project can be supported only if it is listed on Omsk City Investment Project Register.
The Procedures apply the Regulations for the provision of information and consulting services and organizational assistance to investment activity in the city of Omsk using the one-stop principle.
